When we met Ibrahim, a 8-year-old boy from a rural community, he had dropped out of school to help his mother sell firewood so the family could eat. His dream of becoming an engineer seemed impossible.
Through African Voice Empire’s Back to School Project, Ibrahim received school supplies, uniforms, and a scholarship to return to class. Today, not only is he excelling in mathematics, but he also mentors his younger siblings, encouraging them to stay in school.
Ibrahim’s journey shows that when we invest in education and empower families, we don’t just change one life — we change generations.
